The Art of Structural Care: A Word from the Founder
"Working on the human body is, ultimately, touching a person's life."
For 34 years in Korea, I have been providing structural aesthetic treatments guided by this fundamental principle. Through tens of thousands of treatments, I have come to understand that the skin is never an isolated surface. It is a mirror of the body's circulation, its structural balance, and each individual's rhythm of life.
When the body loses its balance, fatigue accumulates. Sleep becomes fragile. Mental clarity fades. Over time, these internal changes inevitably end up marking the skin.
That is why I have never viewed aesthetics as a simple procedure to improve appearance. My approach has always been to restore the conditions necessary for the body to regain its natural recovery capabilities.
From Technique to System
Rather than relying on intuition or fleeting techniques, I have dedicated my career to building a structured and explicable healthcare system.
Drawing on the traditional Korean understanding of meridians, circulation, and energy flows, I have organized these principles into a clear methodology, refined by over 20,000 clinical cases.
Over time, this research gave rise to what I call the Integrated Tracking Care Method — a system designed to observe the body, track its structural changes, and guide the recovery process.
The philosophy underlying this work goes beyond mere technique. It is about understanding structure, reading the body's flows, and charting the path to balance.
Why Start with the Face
Although the human body functions as a single, integrated structure, it is often on the face that imbalances first become visible.
Facial tension, puffiness, dull complexion, and loss of contour definition are frequently linked to deeper factors: blood circulation, lymphatic flow, muscle tension, and structural imbalances in the neck and shoulders.
For this reason, treatments at KAPSULE PALAIS begin with the face.
However, our facial treatments are not limited to the skin's surface. They focus on the underlying structures that influence facial harmony, including the neck, shoulders, lymphatic pathways, and muscle tension.
By acting on these connections, the treatment promotes better circulation, sharper contours, and a visibly more balanced appearance. The face thus becomes the starting point for restoring overall structural balance.
Education and Global Practice
Throughout my career, I haven't just treated clients; I've also trained estheticians and practitioners through specialized educational programs, founded on this structural care methodology.
These programs don't just convey personal intuition. They teach a comprehensive, reproducible, and responsibly practiced system.
Today, practitioners trained in this method are working not only in Korea but also in the United States and the United Arab Emirates, applying this same philosophy of structural care.
I don't just see myself as someone who teaches techniques. I believe my role is to transmit a standard of excellence.
Kapsule Palace
Today, this legacy and philosophy continue at KAPSULE Palais in Paris.
Every practitioner at KAPSULE is trained through a rigorous professional program based on this methodology. This ensures that the principles developed over decades are applied with absolute consistency and responsibility.
The treatments provided here are not simply for relaxation. They are designed for realignment, circulation, and structural restoration.
